Volunteer in China

Mission Trips in China

When it comes to mission trips, traveling to China may not be the first place that you think of. After all, most people don’t think of China as needing all that much support. There’s not a lot of information out there about their needs. But the truth is, there’s a great deal that you could be doing in China and ways that you could be helping those who need it most. All you need to do is check out A Broader View and you’ll see why mission trips in China are definitely the next big thing.

China is an amazing country that’s full of spectacular people and cultures. The buildings and the landmarks are truly something amazing. And there’s so much that you can see and do in the country during your free time. In fact, you may even have thought about traveling to China as a visitor. But you could be helping the people and the animals in this country as well, if you’re willing to step outside of your comfort zone just a little  bit and see what’s really out there in the world.

One of the really amazing ways that you could volunteer and make a difference on your mission trips in China is through volunteering with the giant pandas. These poor pandas are facing a great deal of trouble with damage to their habitats and just a general lack of care and even knowledge about them. But you can make a difference in that. You can help to educate people, to provide care to the pandas and even to improve and rebuild their habitats. All you have to do is choose this program when you’re ready to sign up with A Broader View.

Volunteer opportunities with people are also possible in China. What you’re going to be doing here is actually teaching the locals how to speak English in a more conversational way. You don’t need to have any special training to do this either. You can simply join the program and start working with people of all different ages who are interested in learning English. What’s even more fun is you can also work with an optional program where you’ll be able to learn Mandarin Chinese. That way, you’re going to gain even more knowledge and awareness while you’re going through the program.

If you’re looking for a unique opportunity to take this year then mission trips in China are definitely a great way to go. You might be surprised at how much you’re going to learn and how much you’re going to enjoy the experience. The people in this amazing country can definitely benefit from your visit and you can learn a great deal while you’re at it. There’s a million reasons why you should be signing up for this program and there’s definitely no reason you should be turning it down. Take a little time to evaluate the programs and make sure you’re signing up for something you can enjoy, right now.

Language Lessons

Animal Rescue Center: Giant Panda

The Program provides international volunteers with opportunities to study not only the Mandarin language and Chinese culture, but also its history and modern society as well through daily cultural immersion activities and the organized events in the local communities in the typical traditional Chinese city mixed with modern life.

The unique program is designed to immerse volunteer candidates in learning Mandarin language through class instruction, social visits and experience to any cultural events, language exchange activities with native Mandarin speakers, and optional electives. The immersion programs integrate all aspects of the language: reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary. The immersion project will be closely connected with local charity events and volunteer service work in the local community by using the language and culture and customs, the program and course will include and involve any volunteering work and providing the help in local orphanage schools, the health care centers, the conversation sites and the animal adoption park etc. The volunteers could use their own knowledge and expertise to mobilize the local Chinese volunteers to handle the environmental awareness and health care issues etc.

The basecamp includes a panda hospital, medical lab, panda kitchen, educational center, staff housing and 40 enclosures.
