Credit Card Payment – Only Reservation Fee (US120)

We have just partner with Merchant Warehouse to process Credit Cards so you can pay your reservation fee of US$120, for the final payment you can only use money order, personal check, wire transfer, please complete this form and return it to us by fax, email or regular mail. Please include clear, legible photocopy of the volunteer traveling. Include a clear copy of the cardholder’s driver’s license. Download form here:

We only accept Money Order, Certified Checks, wire transfers and Personal Check in "US dollars" for the final payment (any fee must be paid by the volunteer). Sent to our office or P.O. Box address.

Last minute applications received 45 days or less require full payment made with Money Order, Personal Check, certified check - sent overnight or wire transfer.
