Review Polina Danielyan in Belize Orphanage

My Favorite Memory:
Playing basketball with the kids and eating the new types of food.

I was surprised that….
Everyone was so nice, I was expecting it to be a bit stricter, but it wasn’t.

The most difficult thing I experienced was…..
The sandflies and the heat.

My best received lesson…..
Was when I learned basketball.

Tip for future volunteers…..
Bring lots of bugs spray, sunscreen and light clothing. For donation I’d say bring toys and something to draw on or color.

Personal paragraph (Testimonial):
It’s good to be nice to the kids but if you have to then you can be stricter, try new things.

How would you rate your experience working with the ABV staff, both in the USA and in country?
10/10, very helpful and fun, and over all a great experience.

How would you describe your accommodation (ie: host family, on-site, shared housing etc)
The house is spacious and fun, and over all a great experience.

Are you willing to speak to other potential ABV volunteers?
