1- How was the local ABV Coordinator and the support provided in-country?
I am so satisfied

2- What was the most surprising thing you experienced?
I am so surprised when I saw my host-familiy because I thought that they are not going to be that awesome

3- What was most difficult to experience?
Without speaking Spanish I went to Peru and it was most difficult experience.

ABV:  we always ask volunteers to take Spanish immersion.

4- Any tips for future volunteers… (clothing, travel, personal items, donations)
travel is very expensive they have to fundraise their own trip and the volunteers don’t have to be worried about the children in orphanage because they are so friendly and easygoing.

5- Personal Paragraph (ABV Program Testimonial):
I really liked ABV organization and my host family and being a volunteer was the best experience I have ever had.  I loved all the peruvian children and I am so surprise that the children in orphanage are so friendly.

6- How would you describe your accommodation, meals, security (e: host family, on-site, shared)
I like my host family too much.  They are so friendly, and I had a chance to make friends from ABV volunteers.  The meals are so delicious; I feel like I'm at home.

7- What was your favorite memory of this trip?
This was my first experience abroad as a volunteer and I really enjoyed the children in Peru.  The culture in Peru is so unique, and I had a chance to get to know it better.  I also had a chance to make some friends who are very friendly.

8.- How was the ABV USA support prior traveling?
The organization was so good.  I didn't fundraise at all, but for taking us to host family and introducing us to volunteers, they were okay.
